The terms for booking and receiving your sunrise or sunset session on Galveston Island with Danielle Marie Photography.

Sessions
Sessions are scheduled around sunrise or sunset on Galveston Island and the surrounding area. Times are chosen for the best available light.
Booking and deposits
Sessions are reserved through the online calendar. Deposit amounts are $75 for the Mini session, $100 for Signature and Extended sessions, and 25 percent for custom events. Deposits are applied to your balance.
Travel
Sessions within 20 minutes of Galveston have no travel fee. Beyond that, travel is based on drive time from Galveston: $25 for 20 to 30 minutes, $50 for 30 to 45 minutes, $75 for 45 to 60 minutes, and 60+ minutes by quote.
Weather
If conditions or light are poor, the session is rescheduled and your deposit carries to the new date.
Photo usage and copyright
The photographer keeps copyright of all images. You receive personal use rights to the images you receive. Portfolio and marketing use is described in the Privacy policy.
Delivery
Edited images are delivered in a private online gallery, and you will receive an email when it is ready. Prints are ordered through the gallery or the print shop.
Messages
If you check the consent box on a form, you agree to receive text and email messages about your session. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new date on this page.
