Danielle Marie Photography is a sunrise and sunset photography studio serving Galveston Island and the Houston-Galveston area, with sessions by appointment. This explains how the personal information you share through inquiries, bookings and galleries is handled.

When you inquire or book, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, session type, preferred date, and any notes you send us. We also collect gallery activity, such as which images you view, save or download.
How we use it
We use your information to plan, confirm and deliver your session, and to respond to you. We do not sell your personal information.
Messages
If you check the consent box on a form, you agree to receive text and email messages about your session. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Photo usage
Images from your session may be used in the studio portfolio, website and social media unless you ask us in writing through the contact page not to.
Private galleries
Gallery links are shared only with you and the people you choose.
Service providers
We use scheduling, forms, email and text, gallery hosting and print lab services to run the business. These providers only receive the information they need to deliver their part of the service.
